Basically... you have to first make a few decisions.

1. Which league will be kept and which one will be killed? (Don't actually kill until process is done or you will lose the access you need).

2. What position will each existing staff member take on in the new merged league? (Most importantly, who will be Head Admin)

Once those decisions are made:

1. Each player from killed league needs to join kept league.

2. Admins from both can work to add stats from killed league to kept league via Edit User.

3. Platinum and Diamond members should add both leagues to their membership, and transfer their bux. Once the bux are transfered, they can remove the killed league from their membership.

4. Gold members can use the User Editor at league to be killed and transfer their membership; their LadderBux are non-transferable.

5. TD stats are non-transferable

6. Once you've got everyone signed up and stats transfered, the killed league can actually be killed.

7.Make sure all negotiations are made and agreed to via e-mail and most importantly SAVE a copy in a safe place in case it is needed.
